I thought it would be a better idea to start a thread here where we can show off some of our WIP media, rather than continually dumping it into the 56k thread.

Please remember this is a work in progress thread, though comments and feedback are most welcome :)

Appart for the elbow pads that looks like shoulder pads, it looks pretty nice

Vest is kinda impossible, you have made it a zip-up vest with pouches tightly packed around the bottom. I'd hate to wear it.

Ohhh... looks like I made a rather big mistake then :X

I was trying to get the vest these two guys are wearing.  Since you've mentioned the mistake I now realize they're wearing two different vests.  Fsdfsdfsdf.  The guy on the right has a zip vest but no front pouches, guy on the left has the frontpouches but no zip vest.

Must actually hurt being shot in the chest, then being dragged across a mile of the forest by two guys as your bum scrapes across the floor. Being dragged across the ground being the most painful thing.

Been busily working on new textures for the maps.  Most of them are based on images from CGTextures, but I feel pretty pleased with the resulting edits :)

Please note that these pictures are to show the textures, many details are absent from the map and I intend to overhaul some parts of the map.

Toadie, you'll be pleased to hear I fixed the skybox issue :D  It took a lot of tomfoolery in Photoshop and VTFedit to get the skyboxes fixed, mercifully though cubemaps now look exactly like they should do.

Small update with pictures ~ retextured some default props (road barriers no longer get that black line appear).  Clothing props are from L4D.
I haven't touched interior lighting, nor have I really started throwing details around outside yet; progress is slow but sure.

My line of thinking was "Orion Cinemas" > "Mercury Cinemas" > "ha ha the German for Mercury is Merkur"

More changes - most obviously to the skybox, but also lighting, props and whatnot.
I'm quite aware that the streetlamps need some $selfillum, will need to tinker with them.
