Some people like me just try to learn how to do such things, porting, hacking, ETC.
Once i was just like him here and at the HIT Forums, and got the same treatment, but now i can hack, port and such that i don't get to be the one's picked by everyone.
But seriously guys, atleast give a good reason to deny the request nicely instead of just saying "make me all cs mdl files i need by thurs", it could possibly hurt the guy.
And for the requester, at least what you can do is try to do it yourself, there are tutorials and such that help, although learning for yourself is the much better way.
Trust me, if you know how to mod HL/HL2/ETC, it opens up possibility for better work, i used to just replace textures in HL models edited using Photoshop, now, i've made my own mod for Cry of Fear, with the maps, model hacking, sound editing, and such.
And who knows, maybe you can work as a game developer somewhere in the future.

Nobody wants to do a full (Source!) character compile, way too much shit involved especially for someone who only posts request and doesnt really contribute anything (harsh but fact).It wouldn't be anything more than QC work, but yeah no one here wants to do Source compiles.
