Specular and normal definately need some work. Might I suggest making a high poly version of the knife and baking a normal from that? Failing that try CrazyBump:

For the specular, look at other examples of specular maps, the one you have doesn't look too hot, using the defuse as part of the texture will help.

As stated above. Not to sound like an ass, but I've been doing this stuff for quite some time now and know what needs fixing. I already said several times that I'd rework the specular.

Handle texture looks a little lulzy (the cloth thingy) ;O
