• What your site is about [A Half Life 1 modification that's based on the HL1 storyline or somewhat close to it]
• Why should we host you  

[We're interested in being hosted by HLC and hoped that HLC might also gain some traffic through our mod site. We are also seeking a free webhost and thought the HLC would like to help us out.]
