WOW.  This looks great!  Did you make the mesh too?
IMO this should be the heavy marine in the NS pack, or at least a darkened variant of it.

The lack of defined lighting makes it look flat. I suggest you add some edging and some color variation (sponge tool + grunge brushes). Maybe add a slight texture overlay (stone/gravel/whatever) to give it some variation.

Started workin on a phase 1 clone for Jp marine but then joined a mod so I probly won't finish.
