Request for fix: AK47 arm texture glitch
« on: October 23, 2013, 03:44:07 PM »
Hi.

Would anyone mind to fix the arm of this old ak47? You can see untextured part of the arm while drawing the weapon. Please.

It's not a textured problem, the model isn't there. This is an older technique to lower poly counts. Why is this a concern in the first place as you don't see it ingame.

"You can see untextured part of the arm while drawing the weapon." I'm guessing that's why.

Well, you can open it up in your favorite 3D editor, and put a face between those vertices. Then, put a texture on it.

I happen to have another version of this model with properly scaled textures as well. The arm texture is different.
