Uvrelease dump

Lot of old releases, mostly counter-strike related stuff.

Hey Jordy, are you okay if I grab a few of these things for a personal Goldsrc project that (possibly) will never be released? I may release it at some point though

Im not the person you should ask, but i dont think the authors would particularly care about shit released a decade ago (provided creds are given).
